Hi! My name is Pete and I'm a software developer in London. I like music, code, coffee and talking about startups. Find me on Twitter and gmail.

If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all

Ta-da!

Comments are now working, and are also indexed by solr.

I initially planned to associate comments with users, and thus make ya’ll sign up before you could spam my blog. But I had a look around the 'tubes at a couple of other blogs, and soon realised there are very few that make you sign in first to comment.

And lets be honest here, anything that makes it difficult for the handful of friends and family that actually read this drivel to comment is probably not in my best interests :-)

Oh, yeah, the rules:

  • No spam

Yeah, I’m talkin’ to you, poker spammers. I have enough to do already – don’t make me captcha your turing-incomplete ass.

Haha, nice one Bob. See, friends, this is what happens when you invite “haxx0r” friends to visit your newly-formed blog.

Tnx Django for auto-escaping query strings.
